  2. Homebuyers who are shopping now don’t want to wait until after the holidays. Perhaps their home has already sold, and they need to move, or they are hoping the market is “quieter,” so they can get first choice of available homes for sale.
  3. Homes that are decorated for the holidays are often colorful, warm and inviting, creating curb appeal as well as a welcoming feeling when prospective buyers are touring your home.
  4. Home inventory continues to be low, so there is less competition during this time of year.
